Description

Join the North Texas Mycological Association on November 20th from 1pm to 4pm as we explore the Sam Houston Trail Park in Irving, Texas for the first time during our fall foray. We will be looking for and collecting fungi to bring back to a central location afterwards to discuss and identify. Please be sure to wear proper clothing as the weather is beginning to cool down, bring some water as well as something to carry mushrooms with! Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and register. This event is free for members and $10/per person for non-members.

Please be sure to join our iNaturalist project and upload all photos of fungi you find so we can keep track of what we see and understand the biodiversity located in the North Texas region!
